Items will be shipped within 5 business days of your order. All Canadian orders will be shipped via Purolator Express and will require signature upon arrival. US orders will be shipped via Xpresspost. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
Please see our shipping chart below for flat rates to Canada and the United States. Special rates will apply to Alaska and Hawaii. All orders within Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland will incur 13% HST, British Columbia residents will be charged 12% HST, and all other provinces will incur 5% GST. Please contact shop@preloved.ca if you have any questions. All customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days from which shipment is received. Notice must be given to shop@preloved.ca to obtain an return authorization number within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to shop@preloved.ca before sending back. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with packing slip when returned. All returns are at the cost of the shipper and all costs must be pre-paid.
